Description:
This is a real nice original second model 1873 Winchester in 38-40 that will letter as it is. The bore is as nice as the rest of the gun, bright with sharp rifling. It has a 2 inch longer than normal barrel at 26 inches and a single set trigger. Second models are more scarce than first models and this one is in great original condition. Much of the original bluing is still present and hasn't turned brown as many do. The set trigger works. It will letter as it is, this gun has not seen much use. The wood is nice, fits correctly with no sanding or change in the original finish. There are no flaws or cracks, the stock is sound. $4999.00
