The Slotterbek family were prolific gun makers of the period. Rifle is in very good plus condition. Barrel is 25.5"" and marked ""C. Slotterbek Lakeport"". Rifle has adjustable double set triggers. The telescope is a sighting tube that is easily viewed when gun is shouldered or on bench. Stock has beautiful fancy walnut and checkering is excellent. This is a fine quality Target rifle made by one of the more renown gunmakers of the period. Seldom seen in such fine condition.
