Description:
"Serial Number 149204.44 Rimfire/ Centerfire Caliber with a 20" barrel. The barrel has a mottled gray patina with some pitting. Barrel address is mostly readable. Brass is good with normal handling wear. Stock has been nicely refinished. Gun is a factory centerfire conversion described in The Winchester Book by George Madis. The bolt still retains the rimfire firing pins and has the centerfire firing pin added. These guns were all made between serial numbers 140,000- 150,000. Very attractive Winchester 1866!
