Description:

Rare WWII US GI M1 Carbine made by Quality Hardware with IBM Barrel. The carbine's serial number is 4749270. It has a rear ramp sight. The carbine shows very little use or wear. This carbine is in very fine original condition! The original finish would rate the overall condition very good. I've owned the carbine since 1965 and only recently fired a few rounds at the range, and the gun operated flawlessly.

-All matching vs how it left the factory:
****** There is a difference between an all-matching carbine and how it left the factory, a lot of M1 Carbine contractors shipped parts to other Contractors. Just because it's all matching doesn't necessarily mean that is how it left the factory. So don't get super disappointing if your Carbine is not all matching, it's possible it's exactly how it was when it left the factory!!! An example says Underwood was low on sears, Inland would ship some Sears to them. Sometimes marked or unmarked.  (most parts were shipped together in groups, magazine catches with sears, etc)  For additional information Google A little history about Quality Hardware and its carbines.
