Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is a very nice Ruger 77 Mark II Stainless Steel rifle chambered in 30-06 Springfield. This rifle is in good condition and has the rare old style black composite stock. The sling loops have been removed and regular sling studs have been added. Other than that it is in original condition. There is a interesting and well made scope base adapter so that regular Weaver or Picatinny rings can be used rather than the propietary Ruger style. Nice rifle with a good bore.
We are required to charge 5.5% tax for Maine residents and 8.25% for Texas residents. There is a 3.5% fee if paying by credit card.
