Made in 1940, this beautiful high original condition Ideal 12ga gun is just 1 of 8 made with factory original 27" barrels. This gun, made in a skeet type configuration with factory original beavertail forend, Hunter One Trigger, Auto ejectors, capped pistol grip buttstock and original lined buttplate. Engraved in Ideal Grade pattern as seen in the photos.
This gun remains in superb original condition with more than 90% dark bold original case color, 98% original barrel blue, and 98% original stock finishes with only very minor handling marks. Bores are brilliant and shiny, mechanics are crisp.
In this condition, with this barrel length and configuration, this gun is likely the only one made!!! Absolutely a top shelf and collector/investor grade gun!
