The S&W Model 4006 was made from 1990 to 1999. It is one of the first Smith & Wesson pistols chambered in the .40 S&W cartridge. This pistol comes with a 4 inch barrel, exposed hammer with ambi safety/de-cock feature, Delrin one piece wrap-around grips, 3-dot adjustable rear sight, satin stainless steel finish, (2) 11-round magazines Pistol is in "as new" condition: I have fired it less than 200 times and all the finish surfaces are as new. This Model 4006 comes with its original gun box and instruction manual. This is an extremely nice .40 S&W pistol that is a joy to shoot/very accurate, and its recoil is pleasantly lighter than expected.
