This Howa USA Rifles Model 1500 bolt action rifle in 6.5MM Creedmoor is NIB(new in box), but has a couple shelf marks. This Model 1500 comes with a pillar bedded Hogue overmolded stock, a cold hammer forged barrel, Howa HACT 2-stage trigger, 3 position safety, internal magazine with hinged floor plate, owners manual and factory cardboard box.
