Appreciators of .300 Savage and early Gamemasters take note. Remington produced the Gamemaster in .300 Savage only during the span of 1952-60, and this example's date code of DZZ places its completion in 1953. Considering the age of the piece, it is in splendid condition, as the above photos attest. A clamp-on sling mount has been affixed to the barrel. Of note, the rear sight has been dressed down by a previous owner to afford a more open sight picture. .300 Savage
