Description:
This is a rare find, a sequential cased pair of FLLI Piotti P.H.E.E. side-by-side shotgun in 12 gauge. Built in 1980, factory upgraded to Monte Carlo pattern engraving. H&H style sidelock action. 2 3/4" chambers with ejectors. According to the consignor these were re-stocked in England by A.W. Rule's to improve the asthetics of the wood and add the leather pad and a 14 3/4" LOP.
Gun 1 has a 27 5/8" IC/IM and 27 5/8" Skeet/Skeet barrels, weighing a total of 7lbs 2oz either way. Gun 2 has a 27 5/8" IC/IM barrel, total weight of 7lbs 2oz and a 29 7/8" Mod/Full barrel giving a total weight of 7lbs 6oz. Both guns have an DAC of 1 9/16" and DAH of 2 1/4". Both have a good cast-off and mount like a dream!
Overall condition is excellent for the pair, with very little wear. All show in pics. Just a few light marks to the barrels and even fewer the wood. Please inspect the pictures for all details. If you'd like additional pictures please ask. Bores are excellent and shiny. Lock ups are tight and overall show very little use in general.
Comes with a lockable leather case to house the entire set, shown in pics. Also has a pair of snap caps and Italian proof paperwork.
