Description:
A very nice example of this iconic Model 1909 Milatary revolver. Condition of the gun is at least 90-95% high lustre bright blue. Gun is far above average for these milatary issue revolbers. Bore and cylinders are perfect condition; no pitting or discoloration. Mirror bright groves and cylinders.
Barrel marked with the usual roll die "United States Property" on the bottom of the barrel. All markings are crisp and legible. Grips are very good with a couple of unusual knotches????? What the origin of the knotches is left to the imagination. All the usual inspector markings are clear and legible as well, Sharp revolver overall.
