Description:
A set of 1851 Navy revolvers made by Pietta for Navy Arms. These are supposed to be a prototype set.
My understanding is that the Colt 2nd generation Navy's were made in Italy and assembled at Colt. The 3rd gens. were made and assembled in Italy.
At any rate these are an unfired set, one is engraved, one is not. In a presentation box.
