Description:
This is the special bolster type with captive rammer and marked A.W. It is a 54 caliber smooth bore with faint lock markings. The metal is smooth and there is a chip missing in the left wood grip at the butt. Very good mechanical function and would be a good shooter with proper loads. These were made from 1817 to 1820 and about 19,374 were manufactured.
