Description:
This is a very nice Belgian/Dutch sea service pistol which was made in the early 1800's.  It has a .69 caliber smooth bore.  The pistol has a brass trigger guard, pommel and end cap.  The walnut stock is in good condition with only minor wear.  The barrel has an even brown uncleaned finish.  Undetermined maker's mark below the flash pan.  The pistol measures 16 inches long.  These pistols were used in numerous battles throughout Europe and closer to home during the War of 1812.  Own a piece of history.  No FFL required.
