Jean Tanazacq: " Big Game Bow Hunter" originally designed in conjunction with a renowned bow hunter and who had expressed his desire in wanting a very powerful dagger for which he had sent a sketch to the maker. To be carried during one of his hunts (deer, wild boar. caribou, moose etc). The blade had to be capable to retrieve arrows deeply embedded in a tree branch, stump, or even in its trunk. When ordered for such purposes, the tip of the blade is reinforced and delivered as such; as it is in this model. Made from D2 steel stock, its blade is 7-1/8" from 5/16" stock and 1-1/2" wide, whit a double brass guard and matching butt cap. Handle is black micarta with deep grooves. Contained in a very thick high quality brown leather scabbard. Free shipping (USPS with tracking # delivery conformation, signature required. I do not ship to a P.O.Box.
