Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Description:
Here is a nice old AH Fox A Grade 12 Ga Side x Side shotgun. This gun is in good shape with the exception that the stock is broken with a crack. The break is very clean but goes all the way around and is complete. It would be an easy repair for someone good with wood and glue and dowels. (That is not me!). The barrel are 28" and are chambered for 2-3/4" shells with a FULL and MOD choke. Weight is 6 lbs 14oz on my postal scale. The bores are clean and shiny with some streaking that should scrub out. This is an ejector gun with selective ejectors.
We are required to charge 5.5% tax for Maine residents and 8.25% for Texas residents. There is a 3.5% fee if paying by credit card.
