This is the last of the 10 we picked up from our trip to AZ. The archive letter is dated July 4th or Independence Day. Finished the day we arrived in AZ. After two days with family my wife and I drove to the Valley to pick this 1911 up and the two Hi Powers also listed.
This is a Estate Sporting Limited Pinacle Conversion of a Colt 1911 1951 Commercial 45acp. The first two pictures has a prop or two for for effect. When one looks closely at the detail these craftsmen are capable of. Just amazing

There is only ONE, repeat ONE trade in considered. A Commercial Colt 1911 pre 70 in 45acp. It will be used as a base gun for a 2024 or 2025 build so it does not have to be perfect but in solid mechanical condition. Minor finish flaws are ok. I am looking for a blued full size gun. No box or paperwork is needed. Nothing else is considered for a trade in. Just a solid piece we can use as a base gun. Keep in mind on the price of this one how much the base gun is part of that cost. Again Nothing else
