Description:
Early Ithaca Flues 4E in 16 gauge made in 1908. Early Flues gun are know for exceptional engraving. This is finest Flues engraving we have encountered. The detail is extraordinary. Barrels are Krupp Steel 28" in length with mirror bores and Full and Full chokes. Ejectors are strong and well timed. Tight on face with top lever well right of center. No loose ribs, barrels ring nicely. Chambers are 2 3/4". Small "start/stop" crack in forend about 3/4" along with a small wood chip around circular forend release. Missing one small wood screw. Weight of gun is 6 LBS 13 7/8 OZ. LOP is 13 7/8" (12 3/8" to end of wood). Drop at comb - 1 11/16". Drop at heel - 2 11/16". Shipping is $50
