Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty as we have no ammunition to test them with. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. We do not refund original or return shipping if an item is returned. We do not refund transfer fees or credit card fees. Due to high shipping costs we do not ship handguns to C&R licensees.

Description:
Here is a very good condition Winchester Model 43 chambered for 218 Bee. This rifle needs nothing and will a hoot to shoot. The bore is good, the wood and metal are too. The top has been drilled and tapped for scope mounting. Expertly done, but not factory. No issues. Just a really nice 218 Bee rifle made in 1950 that doesn't look her age.
We are required to charge 5.5% tax for Maine residents and 8.25% for Texas residents. There is a 3.5% fee if paying by credit card.
