SOLD An 17th to 18th century Barbery pirate flintlock belt pistol, of about 15" long, with the top of the barrel deep three dimensional engraved designs and portraits and the muzzle of the barrel has an Islamic prayer inlaid and possibly made of gold! The lock is complete but had much wear, and I'll try to reset the hammer, but may not work well.There is fine wire inlays in the grip area of the European walnut srock and has a fancy cast buttcap. A false ram-rod typical of sea service pistols.Sold as a hanger.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
