EARLY PARKER HAMMER LIFTER FIELD GRADE SIDE LOCK 12 GAUGE DAMASCUS SHOTGUN MFG. LATE 1870’s. 30” “PLAIN TWIST” Damascus barrels choked Full and Full. 2 9/16th inch chambers. Double triggers, extractors and rebounding firing pins. Matching stock and forend with pad added. 15” pull. 2”, 2 ¾” drop. Weight 8 pounds, 8 ounces. Thinning original Damascus brown on barrels. Locks and frame re-case colored. Hammers re-blued. Stock refinished and checkering recut. Tight and perfect working order. Good bores with light to moderate black powder pitting. Very sturdy heavy duck gun.
