An authentic, 19th Century, hand made, powder measure or charger. It is skillfully carved and inscribed with a naked mermaid, a nautical 8 point navigational star and the owners name ”Meta Stefanov”. It is carved from a bone or antler, and includes a hole for placement of a lanyard. Overall Length: 3.75? Outside Diameter at Opening: .65? Condition: A very nice untouched age patina with no damage
