An Early U.S. Military "Harper's Ferry, Hall" Model 1819 Breech Loading Flintlock Rifles In Fine Untouched Condition. All original and complete. The rifle has fine untouched metal and markings. Marked on top of the block "J.H. Hall/H. Ferry/US/1831. All of the metal on the gun has an even mix of original brown blending with a natural dark patina. All screws are fine. The wood is fine with nice edges. There is an old period small hairline half circle crack behind the breech on top of the wood. This was period done and is solid with no chance of breaking out as it is blending in with the wood. This was a weak spot in the wood on these rifles and was known to happen. The rifle has a fine action and bore. This Is A Very Fine Untouched Example Of An Early U.S. Military "Harper's Ferry, Hall" Model 1819 Breech Loading Flintlock Rifle! !
