General Specs: Browning, Year 1995, 20 Gauge, 7lb, Chokes .013 M (invector), LOP 14 3/16", DAH 2 9/16", DAC 1 9/16"

A worthy successor to the famous Browning A5, the Gold Hunter carries on Browning's deep commitment to quality and reliability. The Hunter employs Browning's Active Valve self-regulating gas system that effectively controls the felt recoil by automatically venting any gasses not required for its operation, this allows the gun to cycle a wide range of power loads without adjustments. Reduced recoil is an important side-benefit of this process and one reason why the Gold remains popular among shooters. With its smooth action and easy to use large safety the 20 gauge Gold Hunter has gained a reputation for being a gentle shooter and an ideal gun for those new to the shooting sports.

In addition to its ease of use and ease of cleaning, the Gold Hunter features Browning's Speed Feed whereby a shell is automatically loaded from the magazine on first loading, an attribute present in the classic A5 series of guns.

Quintessentially Browning with its natural fit and easy swing, this gun has proven to be a favorite with a large following amongst hunters and sports shooters worldwide. Fit and finish on this 20ga are to the usual Browning high standards - sporting cut checkering on the pistol grip and forend, a vented rib, a LOP of 14 3/16" and weight of 7lb. This Belgium made gun has its original factory finish and a mirror bore. It is fitted for the Browning invector system of chokes and offered for sale with a Mod choke fitted and original box.

Probably one of the most fun and hassle free semi-autos to shoot, a very fine modern successor to the venerable A5, make it yours today, enjoy.
