We are pleased to present this unique Winchester Model 12 loaded with the effective Hydra-Coil recoil reduction system. While the serial number of the gun suggests production in 1961, the Hydra-Coil system was introduced at a later date, but Winchester collectors understand that often parts where produced and serialized many months or years before they were assembled into a complete gun ready for shipment.
This Model 12 has its original Winchester Mag limiter and hang tag which states it was shipped with an Ivory color Hydra-coil system installed. The gun appears to be a Pigeon grade with 26" barrel with duck bill rib and choked for skeet, internally the barrel is in perfect condition with 99% blue remaining outside. A textured trigger, jeweled bolt and lifter add extra pizzazz to an already eye catching pump shotgun.
Only Winchester offered the revolutionary Hydra-coil system and it was credited with reducing recoil up to 85%! Sore shoulders and fatigue became a thing of the past. This is your chance to give it a go, enjoy.
