Description:
Manufactured in 1986-87, this Browning is a reproduction of the venerable Winchester Model 71. Manufactured in Japan it features a blued barrel, hammer and bolt. The receiver and lever are coin finish with a gold washed trigger. The barrel has the standard markings. The receiver is engraved with a fine floral scroll pattern with a wooded scene and gold accented running deer in a round panel on the right front and two gold accented elk in a wooded mountain scene on the left side. The lower left rear of the receiver is signed "M. HIRO." Mounted with an extra fancy, high gloss checkered walnut forearm with end cap and pistol grip stock with a checkered steel buttplate. This rifle is unfired and in excellent condition. .348 Winchester
