(some very large firearms (example Barrett .50 BMGs) may cost extra to ship) All firearms must be either shipped to a dealer in your state or picked up at our retail store in Saint Marys, PA. The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

This fine .380 ACP carbine rifle by Hi Point firearms has earned a tremendous reputation over the last several years. It is used extensively by recreational shooters, as well as hog hunters and police departments across the country. They are accurate, reliable and affordable. The Hi-Point 3895 (TS ) Model features an all-weather black polymer skeletonized stock sling, sling swivels and scope base. Internal recoil buffer is built into the stock. Rifle features multiple picatinny rails and fully adjustable sights (Ghost Ring rear peep and post front). Quick on/off thumb safety. Mag release is grip mounted. 100% American made parts and assembly. Free trigger lock. Last round lock open. Carbines are +P rated to accept all factory ammunition. Mostly these are fun and affordable to shoot.
