Description:
The Winchester model 71 was made from 1935 to 1958 and was chambered in 348 Winchester which was very popular at the time unfortunately the economy at the time made this a very expensive rifle and caliber to produce and with more adorable options available at the time Winchester ended production in 1958. But the 348 Winchester had a cult following among big game hunters in Alaska and Canada. The .348 was also the only 34 caliber cartridge ever made by an American manufacturer and essentially the first short magnum cartridge .348 Winchester
