This Japanese Nambu Type 14 8mm pistol is a timeless piece of history produced by the Japanese company Koishikawa Arsenal, later known as the Tokyo Artillery Arsenal, and a highly sought-after by gun collectors worldwide. Manufactured between 1904-1945, the Nambu dealt significantly less stopping power than its rivals, the M1911 and the Walther P38. This design has a wealth of history, as it served the Empire of Japan’s military for half a century. The Japanese Nambu Type 14 gained combat experience in 10 wars, ranging from the Russo-Japanese War to WWI/WWII and limited usage as recent as the Vietnam War, making this one of the more historically significant handguns ever produced. This pistol comes accompained by its original antique holster, making this a valuable addition to any collection.
