P guard style Peruvian Officer's sword. Left languet has the crest of Peru. Lions head pommel and quillion. Blade is has gold trim in foliate patterns. Ricasso is marked ""De Toledo Artilleria"". Very good overall condition with display case. Display case is a bit tatty and has a crack on the lid.
