SAVAGE MODEL 99 TAKE DOWN 250-3000 Cal. NO SALES TO CALIFORNIA or ILLINOIS, $950 . Gun is in very nice condition,
wood is very good with no cracks, metal has no rust or pitts. Barrel is 21.5 in long, a brass cartridge counter, pop up peep sight with no rear sight. HAS NOT BEEN DRILED AND TAPED. Action lockes up tight, but after firing becomes a little loose. Had gunsmith check it out, it was given a ok, he said with it locking up as tight as it does, there is no danger in useing it.
