Description:
This is a tight old Parker VH 16 gauge veteran grouse gun...The 26" barrels are choked cyl and full. 2 1/2 " chambers with fine bright bores...14 1/4" length of pull over solid red pad. 2 3/4" drop...Weighs 6 5/8 pounds...Serial #155xxx, made circa 1911...Case colors faded away...Barrel blue fading to gray,,,Stock head side panels have been finely checkered. The pad looks too good to be original...Checkering is well worn and needs recutting...Otherwise, looks all original...This aint no closet queen, but it is a classic Parker upland hunting gun that has been used, but not abused...Ship to ffl or c&r...
My gunsmith will rechecker wood for $200....
