ULTRA RARE PARKER BROS. MARK1 1918 FLARE GUN. One of only several prototype 1918 Parker Bros. Mark 1 Flare guns made. Only pistol ever made by the Great American Shotgun maker. Maybe only one in private hands. 35MM. Parker received contract 14453-2431 T.W. by the United States Government on August 10th 1918 for 14,669 35MM French Model 1918 signal pistols. Because of the Armistice in November 1918, only several prototypes are believed to have been made. One resides in the Remington Arms Company collection in Ilion, New York.
