Manufactured by Zastava in Serbia, but sold by Remington, this Remington Model 5 bolt action rifle is a high-quality .22 lr design known for precision among the best in its class. The left-side of the receiver is marked “USSG-Rockledge, FL/Zastava-Serbia”, while “REMINGTON/Model Five” is marked on the left to the rear of the receiver. The bolt is electro penciled "2662" on the bottom, with a round steel barrel bearing a hooded ramped blade front sight and an adjustable U-notch rear sight. A factory blued finish on the receiver and barrel are accompanied by a grooved receiver, laminate stock with capped pistol grip and checkering on the wrist and forearm, sling studs present, checkered plastic butt plate, and includes an original 5-round magazine.
