Description:
Here is a Beretta BL-4 12 gauge manufactured in 1973. This BL-4 is in great condition and features 28" barrels (Choked Full/Mod) ,Ventilated rib, 2 3/4" chambers, blued finish, engraved receiver, checkered walnut stock and forend, ejectors, and single select trigger. The original bluing on the barrels is in excellent condition with slight wear marks around the muzzle and various scattered handling marks. The original bluing on the receiver is in equally as excellent condition with the exception of various light handling marks. All the factory markings and engravings are clean, crisp, and more than visible. The checkered stock and forend retain their original finish and show no signs of cracks or chipping. The forend is in excellent condition with the exception of some various light handling marks only visible in the right lighting. The stock is in equally as excellent condition with the exception of light handling marks and various surface-level sratches only visible in the right light. The checkering on both the forend and stock is still sharp with extremely minimum wear. The single select trigger retains 99% of its original gold finish with very light fading and scuffing along the rear. The bores of the barrels are in great condition but the chambers/forcing cones do show signs of light pitting. Although it show slight amounts of once-removed surface rust, the face of the chambers is also in very great condition and shows very light signs of wear. The breechface is in equally as great condition with light signs of wear and shooting. All the mechanical aspects of this shotgun function 100% including the ejectors, safety/barrel selector, and trigger. This BL-4 locks up extremely tight and has no hinge play or wobble.
