Description:
For your consideration, a Colt Gold Cup in .45 automatic. Per the included factory letter, this example left the factory with Colt's lustrous Royal Blue finish, and has been nickel plated at a later date. The plating appears to have been professionally applied with markings remaining crisp and absence of bubbling, washout, or over accumulation. The rear sight is an Elliason assembly adjustable for windage and elevation. The grips retain sharp points to their 10 LPI checkering. Of note, manufactured and shipped both in 1983, this piece left the factory for the famed John Jovino gun store of New York, New York. Included is the original cardboard and foam packaging and the aforementioned letter. .45 Auto
