Description:
Colt single action artillery. 5 1/2 barrel. The frame is very early 4 digit serial number just outside the Custer range. Typical wear as expected from a US Cavalry turned cowboy gun. Holster burn on the ejector housing where this must have sat in a holster. I don’t shoot these guns and this gun due to its 145 year age and old parts would need a gunsmith to check out prior to shooting. See photos as description and call or email questions or to discuss.
