Remington collectors,you are looking at a Authentic Remington D Grade,20 gauge Model 31 built in the 40s.I have only seen 1,this gun!I have seen upgrades and fakes.This is the real deal.The action is famous for being buttery smooth.The engraving from the Custom Shop at Remington oozes with quality and detail,just look at the screws ,action bar and forend.The original 28inch Full choke barrel has a solid rib.It has the wedge engraving and has matching serial # to the receiver and is roll stamped ,D Grade.The second barrel is also 28 inch solid rib,modified choke which is non engraved.The gorgeous Black walnut stock is 14 LOP with perfect checkering and a period recoil pad.It has the beavertail forend for great feel and control.I have shot this gun and it functions flawlessly.What a classic!This gun is 100% original blueing and stock finish.I cannot imagine it being the factory pad since it is 75+ years old.It is Jostam and is period correct and looks amazing.Any questions.704-975-1048.Call with reasonable offers.Thanks.John
