Description:
Springfield Armory Model 1898 Krag rifle chambered in 30-40 Krag. Walnut stock and handguard shows scattered dings and scratches, faint cartouche on the left wrist. Wear and spotting on the blued parts, receiver still offering case colored pattern with traces of colors. Bore fair overall, rifling worn but strong, grooves darkened by oxidation. 1900 vintage rifle still offers a generous amount of finish. .30-40 Krag
