Description:
The entire gun is attractive with an elaborately done raised rib, doll head extension, silver plated frame and back action locks and decorative hammers. Correct sling swivels. Caliber 9.3mm. About 25 inch barrels that appear to be relined with very good bores. Double set triggers. Marked on the side is an inlaid German silver plaque that has an "H D G L A and R" which must designate African game animals. There is a stud as achievement counters. Some lines have upwards of 100 studs. This gun was apparently used a lot but it is still in very fine condition. It shows some wear to the wood but is still sound and solid. It has a unique horn pistol grip. Checkered steel buttplate. Receiver end of the barrels have gold bands. Under lever break open.
