Here's another Great M1 Carbine from our collection. This is an Early 1st Block Quality Hardware SN 1609395 in WWII Configuration with:
- Reciever: QHMC # 1609395 with "Q" marked detachable spring tube
- Barrel: Correct Underwood 8-43 with Long Skirt, bright, shiny bore, good rifling and original crown in excellent condition
- USGI Flip Sight marked S on the left and GE-Q on the right
- USGI Blued Flat Bolt marked UN.
- QHMC Slide T3 marked DA-Q
- QHMC T1 Barrel Band 3 weld
- QHMC T3 Trigger Housing marked Q-NL w/ LTQ hammer, GE-Q sear, LTQ trigger, EP-Q Mag Catch and an Unmarked Push Safety.
- QHMC HighWood Oval Cut Stock marked Q-RMC in sling well and with a cross cannon cartouche on the right. The High Wood section is intact, there are no visible or repaired cracks found in the stock and it has not been sanded. The stock color is a beautiful aged dark black walnut. The matching QHMC 2 Rivet Handguard marked Q-RMC.
