Description:
This Abercrombie & Fitch Francotte “Best” Sidelock 12 ga has been in my personal collection for over 25 years. The 30” Satin bbls have perfect mirror bores that are chambered 70mm (2 ¾”), choked Mod/Full-XFull. The action locks up tight and effortlessly opens with the assisted-opener. Ejectors are strong, lever is centered, and screws are clean except for one located on the bottom of the receiver. Receiver's fine rose & scroll engraving finish has faint traces of case color remaining. The highly figured fine-line checkered stock is free of dings or mars. The gun balances perfectly at the hinge pin and is a pleasure to handle.
