SOLD ** This is a ARMES DE CHASSE SxS MODEL ALBEMARLE SIDELOCK GRADE A GAME GUN in 28 gauge. It has a H&H style detachable sidelock action, Purdey style bolt, DT with articulated front trigger and 28 inch barrels with bores that are bright and shiny. The barrels are marked with 1 star left, which is full, and it chokes a tight mod. The right barrel has 3 stars , which is modified and it chokes IC with my Galazan's brass choke device. A top the barrels is a concave solid rib and the gun is equipped with ejectors. The standing breach has gas checks around the firing pins. The gun also has cocking indicators for safety. The wood is finely checkered with an oil finished walnut English grip stock and beautifully checkered splinter forearm. There is extensive lockplate engraving as shown and the gun weighs 6 pounds 6 ounces.
