Description:
Browning Superposed Pointer Grade .410 bore O/U shotgun. This is a very “bespoke”, special ordered Pointer that was made in Belgium in 1976. It was special ordered with round knob pistol grip stock and long trigger guard tang along with what is described in the factory letter as a special forearm; in old style with rounded semi-beavertail shaping.
The Pointer game scene was engraved at the Browning factory by Bodson.
It has 26 ½” barrels choked M/F. The exceptionally grained dark Walnut stock has a standard 14 ¼” LOP with 1 ½” DAC and 2 1/8” DAH and neutral cast. The gun weighs 6 lbs. 12 oz.
This gun has been fired but remains in 98%+ condition with original finishes. The deduction from NIB is due to a hard-to-find handling marks, here and there!

Please note that this is one of two guns that are configured exactly the same and were shipped to the same dealer in Waco, TX. Presumably these were ordered by the same person. The second gun is a 20 gauge with 28” barrels, choked M/F
