This is a very unique Top Break Revolver we are offering today. This is a Never been fired, 3-Inch, Top Break Revolver, In 32 S&W Short, with perfect grips, and an excellent double action only trigger.
This firearm is chambered for 32 S&W Smokeless Ammo. “When Teddy Roosevelt took over as the New York City Police commissioner, he recalled all the Departments Firearms and issued every Policeman in NYC, a pistol chambered for Smokeless 32 S&W Long ammo. The future president was quite a gunman himself, and he was impressed with the power and accuracy of the 32 S&W Long Ammo.
This piece shows very little carry wear, and no, (that’s zero), actual shooting wear. The bore is shiny, with lands and groves very visible. We place the remaining finish at 95%. We have cleaned and oiled this firearm as we do with all firearms that we put up for resale.
The firearm caries a clean appearance overall, and the action is tight, crisp, and range ready. The mechanical works of this revolver was designed very close to the platform of Smith & Wesson, Colt, and most other top firearms of the day. The H&R Revolver’s cylinder locks up tight, with very little clockwise or counterclockwise play, (“As we do with all our acquisitions”), we used Snap Caps, (dummy rounds), to check this pistol’s indexing, We found that each time the trigger is pulled, the cylinder would advance to the next loaded chamber. The chamber would center directly on the barrel, ready to fire. This verifies that indexing is like new.
This firearm is still a more than middle aged, and should be checked out by a qualified gunsmith before taking it to the range. We recommend a gunsmith that has owned or successfully worked on H&R Revolvers.
The buyer is responsible for the initial shipping charges, ($35.00). We ship through our FFL provider, ($35.00). We absorb any unforeseen overage, (not including taxes), as a cost of doing business. We will try to accommodate the buyer’s preferred method of shipping as we can.
We cannot ship until all checks or money orders are cashed, and your providers FFL is in hand. The firearm is shipped to your FFL provider for identification and registration.
We allow a three days inspection period. Any return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Ammo and Speed Loaders are not included in the sale.
