U.S Model 1836 flintlock pistol by R. Johnson converted to percussion. Metal is a grey patina with surface pitting, Lock plate is dated 1843. Wood is good, has nice sharp cartouches. A lot of these converted 1836's pistols saw use during the Civil War!
