Description:
1933 SS Dagger manufactured by BOKER. VERY EARLY NAMED DAGGER. Numbered 397. This is a ground E. ROHM dagger. First owned by Scharfuhrur Otto Kreppner. By September 1944 he had risen to Sturmbannfuhrur in VII Kompanie/ 1. Panzer Division "LSSAH". He most likely was killed after that date as no imformation on him followed. The history workup was done by SS researcher Ross J. Kelbaugh. Condition of dagger is not mint but very fine. Blade is 8 3/4" long. Markings are all excellent. Original annodizing on scabbard very fine to excellent. All fittings match in patina. Wood grip is excellent with a small flake missing above SS oval.Top cap nut is excellent. Has a belt hanger on it. Overall a very nice SS dagger with great history. Please call 973-214-3407 with questions.
