"Serial number 30027. Made in 1901. 30-40 Krag Caliber with a 28" barrel. Barrel has thinning blue mixed with a gray patina. Frame is mostly a gray patina. Markings are clear. Metal has spots of pitting. Wood is very good. Action works well. Bore is dark with strong rifling.
