26 inch barrel marked 32 long;;; has reversable firing pin ;;;;; has 80% original dull blue on barrel sharp octogan barrel edges ;; original sights;; bore has visable rifling with pitting , receiver has fadded to a natural patina finish , markings very good ;;;;; stock has some original varnish and in vg condition for its age;; action works fine ;;gun is a marlin ballard no 2 sporting rifle ,, gun is all original and vdery good condtion;;;;;; made 1876 to 1891 serial # 29956;;;;;; i dont see any cracks in stock or forearm pitting is only in bore rest of gun patina or blue
