A very fine indoor parlor pistol used for shooting indoor pistol matches. This pistol is most likely Belgian or French, based on styling as there are no manufacturers name or proof marks. The pistol has fine scroll engraved on the frame, trigger guard, grip straps and butt cap. This pistol has approximately 90% of its blue. The grip has a floral leaf carving in relief. The barrel does have slight external pitting. The hammer has a safety, half cock and full cock. The lever just in front of the trigger guard bow, allows the barrel to tip down for ejection and reloading. Beautiful and very well made.
